This project involved a complete lawn restoration for a residential property that previously consisted of bare soil with no history of grass coverage. The homeowner sought to transform their dusty, barren yard into a lush, healthy lawn suitable for family use and visual appeal.
We began by assessing the soil condition and performing necessary preparation, including light grading and debris removal to ensure proper seed-to-soil contact. We then plugged and aerated the entire yard to improve soil structure, increase oxygen flow, and enhance root development. Following aeration, we applied a premium blend of grass seed.
After the job was completed, with the help of the homeowner watering regularly and the winter rain, our customer has a beautiful, thick, green lawn for him and his family!
